Processing Time
All our products are custom-made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for production and quality check before shipping.
Shipping Times within India:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- - Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- - Same-Day Delivery: Available in Udaipur only (order before 12 PM)
Shipping Charges:
- Orders below ₹499: ₹60 shipping charge
- - Orders ₹499 and above: FREE shipping
- - Express shipping: Additional ₹100
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Track your order on our website or the courier's portal.
Delivery Areas
We deliver across all states and union territories in India. For remote areas, delivery may take 2-3 additional days.
Damaged Orders
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
